This 31-story mixed-use tower on Block 38 of Portland's South Waterfront district has 31-stories with 323 condominium units. The side car building includes retail space with four stories of condominiums above. JHK provided design-build mechanical and plumbing services for the tower and underground parking structure. We self-performed all of the plumbing, HVAC piping, and equipment installation.
