Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our full-service fabrication facilities serve multiple applications including commercial and institutional, industrial, and architectural. Our shops are capable of providing fabricated product to support anything from small renovations and tenant improvements to major capex projects.

In addition to standard sheet metal fabrication tooling, our shops are served by a state-of-the-art coil line that can produce stainless steel, carbon steel, insulated and non-insulated galvanized duct in a range of seam and flange types. Production is also supported by laser and plasma tables capable of producing up to 58” grease duct, stainless steel grease duct, and galvanized ductwork, as well as fittings for each specification.

While our fab shops frequently operate independently, producing spools, components, and assemblies for trade-specific scopes of work, we also provide fabricated components that are utilized in our dedicated module shops. Our sheet metal products are produced to meet or exceed SMACNA standards and regarded as the highest quality in the region.
