Project Description

JH Kelly acted as both the MCCM (Mechanical Contractor/Construction Manager) and ECCM (Electrical Contractor/Construction Manager) and provided pre-engineered metal building erection services for the construction of the new Wallace Elementary School, a 58,000 sf wood framed two-story elementary school. JH Kelly leaned heavily into our off site manufacturing capability to prefabricate and preassemble mechanical and electrical components and afford our client, Forma Construction, schedule compression opportunities to offset schedule delays caused by COVID.
