Project Description
JH Kelly was awarded contracts to construct a 20,000 BPD Mild Hydrocracker, a 20,000 BPD Crude Distillation Unit, a new hydrogen unit, new rail in-and out terminals, and a new firewater tank and systems for Calumet Montana Refining in Great Falls, Montana. This capital project totaled over 620,000 man-hours. JH Kelly’s scope of work included all site civil tasks, such as surveying and excavation, as well as the complete erection of vessels, steel structures, and all equipment. Additionally, the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scope, including complete electrical installation at the refinery, was awarded to JH Kelly.
