Project Description
JH Kelly provided the mechanical and plumbing services to the PDX PACR expansion. The expanded garage places all PDX car rental companies under one roof a short distance from the main terminal. Six levels with 1,630,000 square feet provide 2,450 additional long-term parking spaces and 25,000 square feet of office space.
