Project Description
Part of the ilani Casino complex located in Ridgefield, Washington, JH Kelly performed $16 mm of wet and dry mechanical for this 14-story, 286 room, 287,500 sf hotel. In addition to many similar scope elements, the project also included the use of prefabricated bathroom pods, one of the first project we utilized them on. There was a learning curve associated with the installation of the pods that required close coordination across multiple trades. The work was performed under contract to Howard S. Wright for Cowlitz Indian Tribe.
