MWESB Subcontractor Utilization

JH Kelly shares an earnest desire to improve diversity in the construction industry’s demographic, as well as the equity and inclusion of the historically underserved in our culture and the larger community around us. JH Kelly has a multi-decade track record of working diligently to engage and invest in MWESB business enterprises throughout Washington and Oregon and is committed to doing the same on every project we perform.

Because of our robust self-performance capability, the opportunities to engage with outside subcontractors and vendors are typically limited. However, for any scope of work where subcontractor support will be required, JH Kelly invites participation by directly soliciting support from previously vetted MWESB trade partners. We build our MWESB contract bid list through outreach and participation in the MWESB contracting community. We encourage anyone that is interested in working with us to attend our annual outreach events or contact us to become prequalified.
