Project Description
JH Kelly constructed a new biodiesel tank, rail unloading station, blending station and truck loading at Tesoro's terminal at the Port of Vancouver. Electrical work included a new main power feeder, replacement of the primary transformer and the addition of a new programmable logic control, variable frequency drives, accuload control system and heat trace. JHK self-performed the civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work scopes.
