From the moment we are engaged on your project, our commissioning team begins working with the construction team to support the development of detailed commissioning plans and integrate commissioning constraints, milestones, and timelines in the project schedule. This ensures that all project stakeholders are aware of the predecessor activities required to complete the commissioning process and helps identify bottlenecks at the beginning of the project reducing the potential for downstream schedule impacts.
Throughout construction, we coordinate closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to verify that all systems are installed, tested, and documented according to project requirements. We perform rigorous pre-functional and functional testing on in-scope mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty systems, tracking and reporting results in real-time.
While every project is different, our approach is unwavering. Our structured approach to providing commissioning support, including comprehensive documentation, training for operations staff, and verification of system performance at turnover, is key to ensuring a smooth transition from construction to occupancy.
