JH Kelly’s superb project management, construction manager, multi-craft capability, and comprehensive understanding of the project scope were pivotal in achieving significant schedule and budget gains. Their unique ability to prefabricate major portions of the project offsite has undeniably been the primary driver of our project's success. The quality of their craft, craft leadership, and project management is second to none.
