Project Description
JH Kelly constructed this greenfield flex building for the Port of Cascade Locks to facilitate a pFriem Brewing facility. We acted in a design/build capacity to provide the building which housed cold storage, a barrel aging area, small laboratory, sour production area, offices, conference rooms, and a dedicated koelschip room. JH Kelly self-performed the civil, structural, PEMB erection, mechanical, electrical, and finishes scopes of work.
This was the first of two flex buildings we completed for the Port in the same area.
