JH Kelly has been perfecting off-site manufacturing (OSM) solutions since the early 1970s to ensure your construction projects are safer, higher quality, and more efficient.

Working in conjunction with our best-in-class BIM/VDC team, we use OSM to prefabricate, preassemble, modularize, and move as much work off the construction site as possible. We pair that capability with over 20 acres of laydown, highway, rail, and marine access, an owned fleet, and custom site logistics aids to facilitate Just-In-Time delivery, reduced handling, and ease of movement on the project site. Custom carts, specialized lifting devices, and innovative racking solutions streamline assembly and minimize facility interruptions. Our OSM facilities fabricate everything from civil formwork or structural steel and strut to mechanical and process piping, plumbing, ductwork, and electrical in over 500,000 square feet of dedicated manufacturing space.

Our fabricated spools, assemblies, kitted parts, preassembled components, racks, skids, and modules are produced off site and concurrent with other construction activities allowing for fewer craft on the project site and accelerated project schedules. With the work performed in safer, more ergonomic, conditioned manufacturing space, we are able to offer you improved safety performance while simultaneously achieving higher quality and efficiency.
