Project Description
JH Kelly completed the mechanical and plumbing scope for this 17-story, 220 apartment mixed-use building located in Portland’s Central Eastside. The building included 120,000 sf of office space and 15,000 sf of retail space as well as a 3-story underground parking garage, rooftop pool amenity space, and multi-level outdoor terraces. The property is currently pursuing LEED Gold certification and has received Fitwel Certification and Salmon Safe certification.
