Project Description
JH Kelly was the design/build electrical partner for the design and construction of four townhome buildings consisting of 45 three bedroom, three-story townhomes totaling over 78,000 sf. The project scope also included over 340,000 sf of apartment units (256 units) across three four-story apartment buildings. JH Kelly used our in-house design team to complete the electrical design for this project. In an effort to streamline work on the site as much as possible, we developed several innovative approaches to incorporate off site manufacturing on this project.
