Project Description
JH Kelly completed the wet mechanical scope of work at a confidential client’s campus in Chandler, AZ. The finished facility encompasses over 2.9m sf including 685,000 sf of cleanroom space. The facility was designed to produce the latest generation of logic chips. Our scope of work included the fabrication and installation of 98,000 lf of large-bore carbon steel, structural steel, and multiple large modules constructed off-site. Specific scope performed included:
- Steel wet-side mechanical piping
- Piping modules
- Structural steel support
- Unistrut support structures
- BIM modeling
