This project is a 24-story mixed use development on the half block bordered by SW 11th & SW 12th along Washington Street. The tower will include ground floor retail and lobby spaces, approximately 100,000 square feet of core & shell offices and 192,000 square feet of residential apartments. There will be approximately 256 parking spaces in a 4-story below grade parking garage.
