Project Description
JH Kelly served as both the ECCM (Electrical Contractor/Construction Manager) and MCCM (Electrical Contractor/Construction Manager) for the construction of a new elementary school and middle school and the renovation and expansion of Kalama High School. The project included the ground-up construction of Kalama Elementary School, an 80,000 SF three-story steel framed structure, and Kalama Middle School, a 40,000 SF two-story wood-framed facility, along with significant upgrades to the existing high school and shop, along with a new 15,000 SF addition. Our scope included all electrical and mechanical scope in addition to the installation of the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), and a concrete package.
