Project Description
JH Kelly was a design-assist contractor providing mechanical and plumbing services for this 546,000 sf 30-story mixed-use tower with a 6-story underground parking garage. The tower included 2 stories of retail, 15 stories of residential units (211 apartments), and 13 stories of Class A office space. Kelly crews self-performed the plumbing HVAC piping, and equipment installation. Additionally, our scope of services included the water treatment, water and air balancing, HVAC controls, and ductwork. This project is an example of our ability to provide detailing and pre-fabrication services on a high-rise commercial application.JH Kelly was responsible for design assist including equipment selection and pipe routing, as well as completing the mechanical and plumbing detailing.
