Project Description

Brand new ground up 4,500 sq. ft. building on 2.7 acres for the Washington State Employee Credit Union. JH Kelly self-performed 90% of the work. The building includes multiple types of architectural cladding, single sloped roof, exposed CLT on the interior of the building, high-end interior finishes, wrap around storefront system, and a large landscaping package.
