Project Description

Construction of a new tower and central utility plant at Kaiser’s Westside Hospital in Hillsboro, OR. Our scope included 273,000 sf in the new tower and a 26,000 sf central utility plant. We also installed a new tunnel to the CUP containing chilled and heating water, steam, condensate, natural gas, and med gas piping.
