Project Description
JH Kelly provided design-assist and full construction management services for a pilot modular biomass conversion skid for LOCOAL, engineered to transform organic waste into renewable natural gas, clean syngas, and biochar. JH Kelly’s scope included assisting with the finalization of process design, managing the fabrication of the structural steel frame, reactor installation, all interconnect piping, electrical systems, and control wiring. The self-contained module was fabricated at JH Kelly's Black Shamrock module shop in Longview, Washington, then shipped to Houston, Texas for final installation and commissioning.
