Project Description
JH Kelly designed and installed mechanical and plumbing systems for this new 14-story, 440,000 sf, 4 Star luxury hotel located near the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon. The hotel included 600 guest rooms, with 16 suites, and 20 event spaces among its 39,000 sf of ballroom and meeting areas. The hotel is home to 3 restaurants and multiple commercial kitchens. JH Kelly also completed the mechanical and plumbing scopes associated with an adjacent parking structure concurrently with this project. The property was built to LEED Silver standards.
