Project Description
JH Kelly completed site improvements and erected a new 10,000 sf facility that housed a proprietary chemical process for fire proofing telephone poles in Missoula, Montana. In addition to building erection, our craft self-performed a small tenant improvement, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process installation for the new building.
This project was directly negotiated with JH Kelly, due to our successful performance of an identical project in Portland, Oregon for Hexion the year prior.
