Project Description
JH Kelly acted as the general contractor for the construction of the site work and construction of a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) in Elma, Washington. The project included the demolition of an existing building, site grading, underground utilities, new parking, and the erection of the building. The building included 4,425 sf of office space, 7,657 sf of garage/storage area, and 1,702 sf of covered storage. The scope included the installation of an emergency generator and an above-ground fuel storage tank.
