Project Description
JH Kelly has provided electrical maintenance services for EVRAZ Portland at both their rolling and pipe mills since 2017. Activities have included crane maintenance, PLC and drive troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as small projects, and a mill recommissioning project. JH Kelly has maintained a dedicated crew of 5-9 craft to accomplish these projects throughout the EVRAZ facility. This work is a continuation of a relationship that stretches back to when the facility was owned by Oregon Steel Mills, when JH Kelly installed a new 140” coil plate rolling mill.
