Project Description
JH Kelly was the plumbing and mechanical trade partner for this new addition to Lower Columbia College’s Longview campus. The 54,000 sf building which was the 2012 USITT Architecture of Merit award, included a multi-use 525-seat performance hall, 125-seat thrust theatre, orchestra and choral rehearsal room and an art gallery for student and community exhibits. Back of house spaces included scene and costume shops, dressing rooms, classrooms, music practice rooms and offices.
