Process Piping

We specialize in a wide range of process piping solutions, from 72″ large-bore, extra-heavy wall, submerged arc welded (SAW) carbon-steel pipe to 1/4″ orbitally-welded stainless steel tubing. With over 500 pipefitters and craft supervisors averaging over 15 years of industry experience in multiple market sectors, we are uniquely qualified to tackle your process piping work. Over 25% of our craft hours are devoted to self-performing process piping fabrication and installation each year. Of those hours, 15-25% are spent in our dedicated pipe fabrication facilities where our craft fabricate, on average, over 150,000 diameter inches of welded process piping per year and are able to perform well over 300 weld processes qualified to ASME Section IX.
