Project Description
This was a design/assist mechanical and electrical project that encompassed 180,925 sf of existing space and a 31,352 sf addition. JH Kelly worked closely with both Hoffman (the GC) and our other trade partners to maximize efficiency through prefabrication and minimize trade stacking through the project. Because the project has spanned multiple years, significant portions of the scope of work were completed while the campus was operational and school was in session.
