Westway Terminal Company operates liquid bulk terminals world wide handling a full range of liquid bulk products. JH Kelly  was selected to construct its first Northwest terminal. Constructed on Grays Harbor in Hoquiam, Washington, the initial  construction comprised: four 3.3 million gallon methanol tanks; a 24-space rail load out rack; a two-bay truck load out rack along with interconnecting piping and electrical. Work was completed in ten months ending in December 2009.

The new facility has room for an additional 20 to 30 tanks for future expansion.
