St. John Medical Center Expansion

JH Kelly performed the mechanical services for the ambulatory care center expansion on three campuses during this modernization. The projects included a new post-tensioned parking structure, a 612-stall garage with three levels, and a 177,000 square foot, three-level Ambulatory Care Center. All project work was performed in and around an active hospital and adjacent to the functioning surgery center.

Mechanical work included the installation of two new chillers, a chilled water distribution system, cooling towers, air handling equipment and all associated pumps, heat exchangers, piping and other mechanical installation such as medical gas and plumbing systems.
