JH Kelly provided design-build mechanical and plumbing services for this mixed-use tower on Block 34 of Portland's South Waterfront district. The building has a two-story underground parking structure. The ground level includes 10,247 square feet of retail space with two stories of condominiums above. The structure is a four-story podium plus 23-story tower housing upper-end condominiums for a total of 212 units. The building has 548,000 total square feet.

We self-performed all of the plumbing, HVAC piping and equipment installation. Also in our scope of services were the water treatment, water and air balancing, HVAC controls and ductwork.

The project was completed in May 2008.
