Project Description
JH Kelly installed 3 new tissue converting lines in a new 300,000 SF building in Scappoose, Oregon for Cascades, Inc. JH Kelly’s scope of work included all electrical, plumbing, process piping, above ground piping, equipment setting, instrumentation, and controls. Due to the success of this project, JH Kelly was called back the following year to complete the installation of an additional line in this facility.
