With a background in mechanical engineering, Rob brings a practical, field-driven perspective to HVAC and plumbing design across commercial, healthcare, laboratory, manufacturing, and complex retrofit projects. He is known for balancing technical performance, efficiency, and real-world execution.

Rob’s leadership reflects JH Kelly’s commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on early engineering integration, risk reduction, and team alignment. He is equally dedicated to developing people and building a culture of accountability and hands-on learning. Rob serves on the board of the ACE Mentoring Program of Oregon, supporting students pursuing careers in construction, architecture, and engineering. Outside of work, he is a devoted father and youth sports coach, emphasizing individual strengths, teamwork, and personal growth—values that carry directly into his professional approach.
