Korey has worked in the construction industry for 15 years. As a Project Manager, he has worked with Field Superintendents/Labor Leaders to forecast the labor and material to complete the project, identify cost deltas associated with changes to scope, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control of the finished installation. He is directly responsible for major equipment procurement, subcontractor coordination and management, and overall financial status tracking/reporting. Korey has managed multiple concurrent projects, with the majority of the projects as the Design-Build Mechanical Contractor.
