We are pleased to announce that JH Kelly has acquired M.R. Mechanical, a Pacific Northwest leader in applied chiller systems, boilers, cooling towers, and HVAC repair, rebuilds, maintenance, and replacement. This acquisition expands our service capabilities and strengthens our ability to support the needs of your facility.
Applied Chiller Services & OEM Certified Maintenance
Chiller issues are complex and time-sensitive. In the past, resolving them often required waiting for a manufacturer’s representative or coordinating with a separate specialty contractor. Now, these needs can be addressed by the same JH Kelly service team you rely on to support the rest of your system.
We can support you with technicians who hold factory certifications from many of the industry’s leading manufacturers, including Carrier, York, ClimaCool, Smardt, Daikin/McQuay, Trane, MultiStack, Dunham-Bush, Danfoss Turbocor, Petra Engineering and others. As a result, you can expect efficient diagnostics, repairs, and OEM recommended scheduled maintenance programs delivered with the same responsiveness you have come to expect from our service team.
Teardown, Rebuild, Retrofit, & Rental
In addition to diagnostics and repairs, we offer two options that may reduce cost and downtime compared to full equipment replacement:
- Teardown and Rebuild: We restore aging or underperforming equipment to OEM performance standards, extending service life at a fraction of replacement cost.
- Full Retrofits: We re-engineer and modernize existing equipment by upgrading compressors, controls, and refrigerants—improving performance and energy efficiency while avoiding the cost and disruption of purchasing new equipment.
- Rental: Need something now? We also rent chillers and other temp heating and cooling equipment until a more permanent solution can be put in place.
Faster, More Responsive Support
Our in-house team can support equipment startup, commissioning, and warranty work. This enables faster scheduling, clearer communication, and quicker resolution when issues arise. Our manufacturer relationships also allow us to offer extended equipment warranties for additional long-term protection.
