JH KELLY BEGINS SIXTH LEED PROJECT

VANCOUVER, WA – May 1, 2007 -- JH Kelly, LLC announced today that it has begun work on its sixth Leadership in Energy and Design (LEED) project: the 3720 condo tower (registered for LEED Silver) in Portland’s South Waterfront district.  JH Kelly has also provided commercial mechanical services for Portland State University’s Broadway Housing (LEED Silver); OHSU’s Center for Health and Healing (LEED Platinum); Meriwether Towers (LEED Gold); The Atwater (LEED Silver); and The John Ross (LEED Gold).

"JH Kelly’s goal is to develop and implement strategies that maximize energy efficiency, minimize waste and increase overall environmental quality within project cost parameters," said Mason Evans, JH Kelly president.
