JH Kelly’s Boilermaker Teams are an essential part of our integrated multi-craft solution. Teamed with our highly skilled metal trades teams, the Boilermakers erect, repair and maintain large pressure vessels, tanks and boiler systems while performing all associated code welding.
If you have an unplanned outage and require immediate service, JH Kelly’s Boilermaker teams are outfitted with emergency response trailers designed for our craft to hit the ground running, minimizing costly downtime without sacrificing safety or quality.
JH Kelly’s Accreditation’s include ASME (S,U Certifications) and NBIC Repair (R Stamp) Certificates of Authorization.
- Boiler Maintenance and Repair: Package Boilers, Power Boilers and Recovery Boiler Shutdown Maintenance and Repair
- Tanks: Erection, Seismic Retrofit and Structural Repair of Bulk Product, Water Storage and Fuel Storage Reservoirs.
- Pollution Control Systems: Specialize in Precipitators, Scrubber Systems, Bag House and Back End Ducting System Erection, Upgrades and Major Repairs.
- Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG’s): Specialize in Greenfield Erections, Back End Module Replacements, Retrofits and Pressure Part Maintenance and Repair .
- Process Heat Exchangers: Installation and Maintenance including Shell Repairs or Complete Tube Bundle Replacement.
- Inspections and Maintenance: Identify areas in distress and Repair or Replace Components including Pressure Parts and Control Systems.
