Continuous Improvement

The foundation of JH Kelly’s culture, productivity and industry engaged (#TeamGreen) is our extensive training program, which integrates with employees at all levels. This includes onboarding, job hazard analysis, routine safety meetings, ongoing supervisor training, incentive programs for safety committees and employee job enrichment training.

We also focus on our employees’ continuous growth by not only developing our own curriculum relevant to our practices and methodology, but we also take advantage of a wide range of industry associations, local colleges and/or subject matter experts development opportunities. To make it all work requires open communication and teamwork. From the top down, we work to emphasize and model the benefits of collaboration, open dialogue, and participation.
