JH Kelly has invested in the facilities and technology to pre-fabricate civil, structural, piping and electrical systems.
In-house detailing enables our shop foreman to “virtually” layout material for pre-assembly and fabricate large runs of pipe, conduit or steel in record time and in coordination with other trades.

Pipe Detailing and Fabrication
With over 140,000 square feet of piping fabrication space and 14 acres of outdoor racking and laydown area, JH Kelly is one of the largest pipe fabricators in the Western United States.
We combine great facilities with an accomplished in-house staff of piping designers and detailers experienced with 3D CAD.

Electrical Design and
Pre-Assembly
JH Kelly combines BIM technology with Trimble layout systems to create efficient electrical fabrication assemblies, delivering detailed pre-fabricated electrical components to our customers.
We leverage Revit and other BIM technologies to deliver electrical work packages for our fab shop teams that lower costs and increase safety in the field.
Our process offers a seamless transition from model, to fabrication, to electrical field installation.

Civil and Carpentry
Pre-Fab
JH Kelly assembles civil and structural components in our Longview fabrication facility, transporting complete or partial assemblies to the site to be erected. We combine good design with modern high-performance components and quality controlled manufacturing procedures.
This work is carried out in two stages: Fabrication of components in a place other than final location, and their erection in final position.
