JH Kelly self-performed the structural, mechanical and electrical installation of the #7 Boiler Scrubber BMACT.  This complex, shutdown project entailed JH Kelly performing the following scopes of work:

  • 2205 duplex stainless steel scrubber vessel
  • 148-foot structural tower with 10-foot diameter ductwork stack tie-ins to existing research precipitator
  • included all mechanical and electrical system installation
  • 4-month shutdown
  • crew peaked at 250 craft
  • on time
  • on budget
