Watershed Office Building – Living Building

Watershed, a commercial office building in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, includes a 7-story, approximately 61,000 SF office building with approximately 5,000 SF of retail at grade.

Two frontages include pedestrian environments as well as treatment of stormwater from the Aurora Bridge.

Construction began in 2018 and was completed in later 2019.

• Over 200,000 gallons of roof water collected and reused on site
• Over 300,000 gallons of runoff from streetscapes, including the Aurora Bridge, are diverted and cleaned before entering Lake Union.
