Transdevelopment Group Auto Import Facility
JH Kelly is constructing 80,000 square feet of buildings for a state-of-the art auto processing facility and distribution center at the Port of Tacoma for TransDevelopment Group.
The site is comprised of four buildings:
- main process and administration building - 60,000 square feet
- car wash/body shop - 16,000 square feet
- rail support building - 2,400 square feet
- fuel island - 1,000 square feet
JH Kelly's work scope includes civil, structural, electrical and mechanical services.
