This project was for a major expansion to an existing grain receiving and shiploading facility located in Kalama, Washington on the Columbia River. The project added an additional automated rail receiving building that allowed for rolling offload of moving grain cars, a new barge unloading tower, conveyances to an existing workhouse, a new scale structure, conveyances to newly constructed shipping silos, as well as a new shiploader and all associated conveyances. JH Kelly was responsible for the entire scope on this project except the new slip form silos.
