At over 1,000,000 square feet and 440 patient beds, PeaceHealth's new replacement hospital is the largest in the region. JH Kelly provided the plumbing, HVAC wet side, and medical gas systems to the building. 470,000 lf of pipe was installed on this project. The building site is purposely designed to preserve the existing wetlands and trees with a scenic, healing environment with a patient and family focus while allowing for operational efficiency, flexibility, and expansion potential.
