150,000 sq. ft. NUCOR pre-engineered metal building for the Port of Kalama. JH Kelly provided turn-key site development and self-performing contracting services. This project was publicly bid and JH Kelly provided permitting assistance, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning services to the Port of Kalama for this industrial park building project.
