JH Kelly was selected by Black & Veatch, the EPC Contractor, to act as a primary subcontractor on this 450 MW power plant in Clatskanie, Oregon. Included in the JH Kelly work scope was the substructure work including site work, excavation, underground utilities and concrete and the superstructure work including the structural steel and building erection, mechanical equipment installation, installation of gas and steam turbines, and the balance of plant piping fabrication and installation.
