Peacehealth St. John’s Hospital – 3 Floor Build Out

This was a floor-by floor remodel in an active hospital environment taking approximately eight months per floor to complete.

The renovation included a new Birthing Center with private rooms; a Critical Care Unit (CCU) comprised of 18 universal private beds; an expanded Emergency Department; renovation of the three Medical/ Surgical/Cardiology floors comprised of 16 semi-private rooms per floor fitted with support space and a family support area; and the newly renovated Behavioral Health Unit including additional beds as well as semi-private rooms and psychiatric intensive care rooms.
