Park Avenue West Tower

JH Kelly provided design-assist mechanical and plumbing services for the Park Avenue 546,000 sf 30-story mixed-use tower with a 6-story underground parking garage. The tower includes 2 stories of retail, 15 stories of residential totaling 211 apartments, and 13 stories of Class A office space. Our craft self-performed the plumbing, wet mechanical, and equipment installation. Our scope of services also included water treatment, water and air balancing, and HVAC controls and ductwork.
