OHSU's second phase of construction on the South Waterfront included this seven-floor, 320,000 square foot building located north of the Collaborative Life Sciences Building. The institute's Knight Cancer Challenge accelerated the need for the building, which will house top scientists and physicians working together on early cancer detection when it is easier to treat and ultimately prevent. JHK completed the wet mechanical work scope with 130,000 lf of pipe, 150 plumbing fixtures, rainwater system, animal water system and DI system.
