JH Kelly completed the piping scope on this new ten-story 183,500 sf headquarters building in downtown Portland, Oregon. The structure housed administrative and technical services for Northwest Natural. It was designed to withstand 50% higher seismic forces than code, and also included N+1 redundancy for all building systems. The completed project was awarded LEED Gold.
